Car Parking is advised at peak months - July & August - 5.50 / day.
VAT currently 7% is additional.
If you wish to go ahead with a booking, please let me have your proposed dates. Once we have confirmed the availability and prices, which will be in Euro, a reservation deposit of 20% of the total rental secures your booking. The deposit can be paid with either sterling or euro cheques, with exchanges at the prevailing rates.
The remainder of the rental is payable on arrival in Calpe and payments can be in cash, euro cheque or credit / Switch cards.
Rentals are normally from Saturday 1600 to Saturday 1000. Other periods may be accommodated if possible.

ADVANCE BOOKINGS
Bookings made before the end of September 2008 for 2009, will be at 2008 rates.
REPEAT BOOKINGS
A 10% discount is offered to returning guests.
