The Apartment

The holiday apartment has a spacious lounge/dining room with
sofas, television, dining table and chairs. Patio doors lead from the living area to the South facing terrace, which is furnished with chairs and a table. The terrace looks directly onto the sea and surrounding country - the views are simply stunning, looking out over the seas of the Costa Blanca. The fully fitted kitchen has all the usual kitchen appliances - fridge, freezer, washing machine, electric hob, cooker etc.

Accommodation.

The holiday apartment accommodates 6 comfortably in 3 bedrooms, 2 twins and 1 double, and has a shower room and a bathroom. A sofa bed is available for occasional use. All bed linen is supplied, changed on a weekly basis. Towels are also supplied but guests should provide their own beach towels.

The apartment is set in a prestigious new development with communal pools and children's pool. The private complex is right on the Calpe sea front and clean, well maintained beaches are within 150 metres. The rental apartment has probably one of the finest locations on the Costa Blanca.

Location

The apartment is ideally situated overlooking the promenade between Calpe's picturesque marina and fishing harbour and Calpe town. The harbour area is noted along the Costa Blanca for its fine restaurants offering excellent value especially the locally caught sea food.

Calpe, one of the most attractive locations on the Costa Blanca, is ideally situated between Alicante and Valencia airports with Alicante being the closest. Public transport - coach - between Calpe, Alicante and Valencia is good although car hire is relatively good value in Spain. A narrow gauge railway connects various Costa Blanca towns including Benidrom and Calpe.

Benidorm, very much the holiday centre of the Costa Blanca is about 30 kms from Calpe and offers extensive shopping, night life and amusements including Terra Mitica, one of Europe's largest amusement park.
